    Welcome to Henry County Schools Career, Technical, and Agricultural Education.  Henry County Schools offers career pathway courses in a variety of program areas.  Program concentrations include: Agriculture; Food and Natural Resources; Architecture and Construction; Audio-Visual Technology and Communication; Business Management and Administration; Education and Training; Energy; Finance; Government and Public Administration; Health Science; Hospitality; Human Services; Information Technology; Law and Public Safety; Manufacturing; Marketing; Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics; Transportation; Distribution and Logistics; and, Work-Based Learning.

    Henry County Career, Technical, and Agricultural Education programs will provide a rigorous, relevant, and technologically advanced curriculum that will be available to all Henry County students, teaching  them how to be life-long learners while preparing them for the transition to secondary, post-secondary, and employment endeavors.
     
     
    Competency Based Learning 
     
    Henry County Schools has made a commitment to implement Competency Based Learning as a system-wide effort to improve the design of teaching and learning to ensure students are:
    • becoming proficient, evidenced by demonstrated mastery of specific competencies,
    • being provided with timely and differentiated support to ensure equity, and,
    • being empowered to make significant decisions regarding their learning.
