•   Hi I am Mrs. Kelly Flores.

I began teaching first grade in Georgia in 2002.  I have taught 2 years in Pre-K,

1 in Kindergarten, 1 in EIP (Early Intervention Program) with 1st and 2nd grades,

and 1 year in 4th grade.  The rest of the years were teaching 1st grade!  I have

wanted to be a teacher since I was in Kindergarten myself, back home in Wyoming.

I have been married for 17 years, and our twins are turning 16 in December.  My biggest

loves in life, besides my family and teaching young children, are my dogs, 17 year old cat,

and my 32 year old Cocketiel bird.

    My Educational Background:

1997-   Associates of Arts in Elementary Education at Western Wyoming College.

2001- Bachelors of Science in Early Childhood Education at Shorter University in GA.

2006- Master's of Education in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment at Walden University.

I believe every new school year is a brand new chance to show how far we can go and grow!
