TICKETS
Tickets will be available for pick up at your school, prior to your school's graduation ceremony. Each graduate will be allowed 25 tickets, and all guests, regardless of age, need a ticket. Your child's school will provide you with the exact date and time for picking up tickets.
-
What to Bring/Not to Bring for Graduation
Examples of items that guests may bring include:
Clear plastic bags for belongings (note that all bags are subject to search), umbrellas, signs for graduates, balloons, flowers, and cameras.
Examples of items that guests should NOT bring include:
Air horns or items that make distracting noises, glitter or confetti of any kind, silly string of any kind, any inflammatory items or weapons of any kind, any projectiles of any kind, and personal food or drink items with the exception of nutritional items for infants or small children. No Drones are allowed.
-
After the Ceremony
Graduates will walk across the graduation field, enter the stands area and proceed to exit at Gates 12 and 13.
Inclement Weather
In the event that a graduation ceremony is canceled due to inclement weather, the ceremony will take place the following day, at 10:00 AM, at Atlanta Motor Speedway. Gates will open for make up ceremonies at 8:00 AM. In the event that a graduation ceremony is paused due to inclement weather, graduates, staff, and guests will be directed to specific areas in which to safely take shelter.
-
PARKING
Parking in-field is by permit only. Schools will issue these permits to these students and parents. This will be for special guests and students with mobility concerns. Students are expected to park in front in the student section, which will be near gates 12 and 13. Students will be shuttled to the Media Center area once they park. Parent parking will be at Gates 12 and 13.
All guests parking in the AMS main lots should use the map provided and follow the directions of AMS staff upon arrival. Disability parking will be prominently designated and, for guests with mobility issues, our team will assist in transporting to seating areas.
-
Livestreaming
All HCS Graduation Ceremonies will be livestreamed and recorded. Links for each event are available on school websites as well as the HCS Graduation website.
Livestreamed content will be edited for any time gaps or technical issues and a finished recording will be available for the public.
