Hampton Athletics Department / General Information

Athlete & Coach of the Month, sponsored by Papa John's, are distinguished awards in the Hampton Athletics department.  Nominations and voting will be based on the student-athlete's demonstration of leadership, sportsmanship, class, and character exhibited by the nominees on and off the field/court.

How are athletes nominated & who can vote?

Only athletes and coaches who are currently in season may be nominated. Nominations are based on feedback from Administration and Coaches. Once nominations are finalized, the monthly award is voted on by Hampton coaches, students, teachers, administrators, and other Hampton community stakeholders.

How do you vote?

Voting will close @ 9am March 4th

What do recipients receive?

Award recipients will receive a framed award from our Principal and Athletic Director, as well as webpage and social media recognition. Finally, each recipient will receive a FREE pizza compliments of our official award sponsor, Papa John's!
