• Hello there! My name is Tyler Nail and I am a Kindergarten teacher here at Hampton Elementary School. In 2017, I taught Second Grade, and moved to start teaching Kindergarten in 2018 and in Henry County in 2020. I graduated in 2016 from the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!) with my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. In the Summer of 2020, I graduated from Valdosta State University's online Master's program, so I now have my Master's Degree in Elementary Education. I wholeheartedly believe that teaching is what I was made to do! It encompasses my heart and there is no better job for me. I believe that every child can learn and it is the teacher's job to differentiate instruction to make it most appropriate for the students. I put a large emphasis on Social Emotional Learning and work to help students understand and work through various emotions they feel.

A little bit about my personal life! I grew up in Monroe, GA with my parents and one older sister (who is also my best friend). May 29, 2021, I got married to an amazing man who lives in Henry County, which is what brought me out here. I love to go for runs and eat - it's all about balance! When I am not at school, I am either playing with my cute pup, Bella, or spending time with friends and family.

I cannot wait to work with you and your student this year!
