8.1 Practice and Homework Journal -Interpret the picture graphs and answer the questions.

Make a Picture Graph -Complete each picture graph, then answer each question.

Tally Time: At the Farmers Market - Help the farmer record how many vegetables he grew in the table. First count how many of each type of vegetable he has and mark it in the table. Then write it in number form. Finally, answer the questions.

Subtraction up to 20- Use a numberline, number chart or draw circles to subtract from 20.

SCIENCE

Types of Precipitation- Answer the questions about the different types of precipitation.

Measuring Weather Conditions- Look at each weather tool and answer the questions for each of them.

Recording Weather Data- Look at the bar graph data. Anwer the questions for the bar graph

Sight Word Sentences- Use 8 of your sight words in 8 seperate sentences properly. Write your 8 sentences on notebook paper. Module 10 Review -Complete pages 321 and 322 in your math workbook (Module 9-11 workbook). Show all of your work. Students can complete the work in their workbooks, and send me the completed work by taking a picture of the completed work and attach or email the completed work to me.

Neighborhood Map -Use the map of the neighborhood to answer the questions at the
bottom of the page.

Book Report 1, Story Elements-  Students choose a book to read. Write the following information about the book:

Base Ten 1 , Base Ten 2 -Represent each number by drawing base ten rods and ones. 2 sheets

Story Elements -Review the video on what are Story Elements-

The Three Little Pigs -Listen and watch the read aloud story of the Three Little Pigs.

Base 10 Blocks- Complete activity sheet by counting the groups of 10's and 1's. Write you answer on the lines.

Missing Number Flowers- Fill in the missing numbers on the 100 chart.

Count by 10's- Count the sets by tens. Write the number or/and the number word. Write your numbers to 100 by 10's foward and backwards.

Counting Practice- Count fpward or backwards. Fill in the missing number for each number line.

Nearpod Count to 120- Nearpod code TEFKB

complete the Nearpod assignment for oractice with numbers to 120. Fill in the blanks on each screen and submit each slide. When complete with assignment press the mark as done button.

SOCIAL STUDIES

Cardinal Directions- Label the compass rose.

Compass Rose Animals- Write the cardinal direction for each animal.
