How do I access my schedule?

    Students can find their schedules in the Student Portal, parents can access their child's schedule in the  Parent Portal.  If you are having difficulty gaining access to the Parent Portal, contact tomariel.mckinney@henry.k12.ga.us  or diane.hardee@henry.k12.ga.us 

    The enrolling parent may also email their child's counselor a copy of their photo id to request a copy of the schedule. 


     What is the best way to the contact the school counselor?

    Students may use the following referral form to request to speak with their counselor:  Request to Speak with the Counselor

    Parents may call the school during school hours or email your child's counselor.

    How do I request a schedule change?

    Unless there is an error (duplicate courses), students' schedules will not be changed.  The only other exception will be additions to or removals from Fine Arts classes at the beginning of the semester. (Band, Orchestra, Chorus).  Feel free to send questions about schedules to your grade level counselor.  


    Why is my child scheduled in Reading or Math Connections?

    These are enrichment/support courses designed to help your child improve their reading and math skills.  Several criteria were used to determine eligibility-grades, Lexile scores, MAP scores, etc...
