Mission
The mission of Flippen Elementary’s School Counseling Department is to provide every student with a comprehensive counseling program aligned with the ASCA National Model which focuses on successful learning through their growth in academic, social/emotional and college/career domains. We will guide all students so that they may become responsible and productive citizens. School Counselors are professional school advocates who provide support to maximize student potential and academic achievement. As a counseling department, FLE will work collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure that we cultivate lifelong learners, develop an appreciation and acceptance for diversity, promote compassion and respect for others.
Vision
The Flippen Elementary School Counseling Department's vision is to foster academic and personal growth for our students through individual counseling, small group and classroom counseling lessons thus creating students that are college, life and career ready.
