• Student Refund Guidance

  • Henry County Schools has adopted common guidance for schools to apply when processing refunds. Please click here to view. Information is provided below about refund processes for School Activities, the After School Enrichment Program, and the School Nutrition Program. Be advised that PTO/Booster organizations are separate legal entities and are not a part of Henry County Schools. Accordingly, Henry County Schools cannot advise or instruct refund processes for these organizations.  Please contact your PTO/Booster president for all inquiries pertaining to payments made to these organizations.

    School Activities
    Each school will manage the administration of refunds for its school activities. Please refer to your school’s website for more details.

    After School Enrichment Program
    Henry County Schools has adopted a digital collection form to process refund requests for payments made to the After School Enrichment Program.  A student’s account balance will be applied to the next school year (2020-2021) unless a written request is received from the Parent or Legal Guardian.

    School Nutrition Program
    Henry County Schools has adopted a digital collection form to process refund requests for payments made to the School Nutrition Program.  A student’s account balance will be applied to the next school year (2020-2021) unless a written request is received from the Parent or Legal Guardian.
