Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, refunds for student payments may be due for the following:
- School Activities
- After School Enrichment Program (for Elementary schools only)
- School Nutrition Program
Henry County Schools has adopted common guidance for schools to apply when processing refunds. Please click here to view. Each school will manage the administration of refunds for its school activities as described in the guidance. Please contact your school if you have a question regarding refunds for school activities.
Be advised that PTO/Booster organizations are separate legal entities and are not a part of Henry County Schools. Accordingly, Henry County Schools cannot advise or instruct refund processes for these organizations. Please contact your PTO/Booster president for all inquiries pertaining to payments made to these organizations.
After School Enrichment Program
A student’s account balance will be applied to the next school year (2020-2021) unless a written request is received from the Parent or Legal Guardian. Please contact the After School Enrichment Program regarding any questions on student balances (678-583-1211).
School Nutrition Program
A student’s account balance will be applied to the next school year (2020-2021) unless a written request is received from the Parent or Legal Guardian. Please complete and return this form per the provided instructions.
