    - Warm-up & Stretches
    - Indoor/Outdoor Activity
    Weekly Task:
    - Run or walk a mile within a 3-5 day period

    To submit your activity log, you can use the following options:
    - Pedometer photo sent via email/Google Classroom
    - Fitness Tracking App/Watch screenshot via email/Google Classroom
    - Photo of activity sent via email/Google Classroom
    ****Use Microsoft Word/Excel document & send via email/Google Classroom

    I will be available via Google Meets on Fridays from 2:00pm-3:00pm (link to follow)
