Staying Active and Healthy while Staying at Home
During this time while we can not go to school and students will be learning remotely, I will be sharing Physical Education lessons and activities so students can stay active at home. For now, I am not requiring any assignments to turn in or post. This will be on the Honors system. I hope you will want to stay active and healthy.
If students or parents have any questions of me, I will be available by email from 10am until 12pm Monday thru Friday.
Since we were focusing of Fitness in my PE classes, I will be sharing lessons and activity ideas that involve fitness. I have now added some Yoga breaks below.
