    I was born and raised in Augusta, GA. I have been in the industry for 21 years. My passion has always been cosmetology. Along with my passion I developed a love for teaching. I taught Math and ESOL in Gwinnett County for 9 years which I served as the math department chair. 

    I currently work in my own personal salon part-time.

    I am currently the SkillsUSA advisor for the Academy for Advanced Studies.
