Kindness Week 2019 at BES
Henry County School System has proclaimed November 11- November 15 as Kindness Week. We celebrate Kindness Week to celebrate the value of being "Kind" in today's society. Being kind is something we can do in a variety of ways. Throughout the week, staff and students will participate in activities geared towards enhancing kindness in our school and community.
In addition to our daily kindness activities we are asking everyone to support our community services projects:
Pajama Day is Thursday, November 14th. Staff and students will donate $2.00 to wear pajamas to support our United Way community service project. United Way is a non-profit organization that helps local families with resources and support.
Please support our Warm & Toasty Coat Drive held November 11th- December 13th. We are in need of new or gently used hats, gloves, mittens, scarves, jackets, coats, in all sizes and styles to give to families within our school and community.
