Students, "Click On" the link below if you need help crafting your goal statements. You may copy and paste the goal statement (pre-test, biweekly, post-test/reflection) you need in the Learner Profile then customize it to make it your own. 

Students, you may use the SMART goal setting form to help you create your learning goal by "Clicking On" the link below. However, the use of this form should be approved and reviewed by your teacher before you use it. 

Once you complete the form your SMART goal will be emailed to your Microsoft Office Email( Office 365). You will copy and paste your SMART Goal into the Learner Profile. You can access your email app-Office 365 through Classlink or our school webpage.
