• Jamal Reynolds, Ed.S.



    Mr. Reynolds was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan, but raised in Perry, GA. He graduated from Perry High School in 1996.  After graduating from high school, he went on to attend Georgia Southern University and graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology.  In 1997, he joined GSU’s Pi Rho Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.  He obtained his Master of Science in Education from Walden University in 2011, and his Specialist in Educational Leadership from Columbus State University in 2018.  Mr. Reynolds’ teaching background is in the field of science, which he has taught in neighboring Clayton County at Lovejoy Middle School, Eddie White K-8 Academy, and Lovejoy High School. While at Lovejoy High School, he helped to lead the girls’ basketball team to win the 2018 State Championship. His commitment to community and safety has also led him to become a DUI instructor.  Personally, he has four children and enjoys playing golf, fishing, and playing pool.
