For first-time users:
-Click "Register Here", located under "Welcome to the SHBP Enrollment Portal".
-Use registration code: shbp-ga
-Create a username and password. Use either your home or work email.
-Then return to www.myshbpga.adp.com and log in.
To reset your password:
-Go to the enrollment portal: www.myshbpga.adp.com.
-Click "Forgot Your Password"
-Enter your User ID
-Follow the instructions to answer a series of security questions. NOTE: If you do not know the answers to the security questions, contact SHBP Member Services at (800) 610-1863 to assist you with the password reset process.
-Create a new password
^If you answer the security questions incorrectly or misspell the answer (case sensitivity does not apply), you will have two more tries before you are locked out and must begin the process again.
Process for all SHBP enrollments, changes or declinations:
-Enter your username and password.
-Click on "Continue" at the top of the page; go through all of the steps, following the prompts at the bottom of each page.
-Review your current coverage; click "forward", and go to the bottom of the page.
-Review dependents; add dependent information as desired.
-Answer tobacco use question even if you are declining coverage.
-At the end, choose the dependents and coverage that you want; if you are declining coverage, click on "No Coverage $0.00")
-Review, confirm and make sure you get a printed confirmation!
Please be sure to keep your username and password somewhere safe for future use. If you forget your username and password, you will need to call SHBP customer support (see number above). Unfortunately, the HCS Benefit Office is not able to reset your username and/or password for you.
