    Make-Up Day

On testing days, it is extra important to attend to home routines to set students up for success.  Please ensure that your learners get a good night's sleep the evenings prior to testing, ensure students arrive at school on-time
, and ensure students have a healthy and hearty breakfast on the days of testing.  Testing sessions can be lengthy, and we want to ensure students have the energy and stamina needed for the testing period.

Further, as a parent, you are a critical partner in ensuring your students have a positive outlook and frame of mind about testing.  As testing approaches and throughout the testing window, take extra time to encourage your children and offer words that instill confidence in their abilities to ensure they arrive at school feeling good about themselves and having a positive outlook on the day.

If you have any questions, we invite you to visit the district’s website and discuss the available resources with your child:  https://schoolwires.henry.k12.ga.us/Page/51466

    • Experience Online Georgia provides students with an opportunity to become familiar with the online testing platform through the Test Practice link. This practice site does not require a log-in and is available 7 days a week.
      • Importantly, this practice site is not designed as a “practice test” to measure a student’s knowledge of course content; scores will not be generated. Rather, it is intended to allow students to familiarize themselves with the online platform prior to testing.

If you have questions about the Georgia Milestones End of Course (EOC) Assessment, please contact your child's principal.
