       Welcome, my name is Sarah Greene.  This is my 26th year teaching and I am so happy to have you (or your child) in my class this year.  I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Berry College in Rome, Georgia, and my Master's Degree in Foundations of Education from Troy University in Alabama.  I am currently working on my Specialist Degree in Elementary Education from the University of West Alabama.   I began my teaching career in Clayton County in 1997.  I taught 5th and 3rd grades at Northcutt and Kemp Elementary Schools.  Then, I moved to Henry County to be closer to home.  I have taught 1st and 3rd grades at Mt. Carmel Elementary in Hampton and am glad to be a 3rd grade teacher at Rock Spring Elementary again this year.
       My husband Jamey and I have been married for 25 years and have two daughters.  Meredith will be a senior at Troy University and Ashley is beginning her career in cosmetology after finishing school last year.
