Cough drops, OTC medications, as well as prescription medications require a Medical Authorization Form completed by the parent or guardian, must be in the original packaging, and must be kept in the clinic. Medications, including cough drops, cannot be kept in the classroom, book bag, lunch box, nor on the student.
