    10/6/2020 - Friday October 9, 2020 is an early release day. ALL students will be released at 11:25 am.

     

    As we transition back to in-person learning, we will resume our standard school schedule of 7:45 am – 2:25 pm on Monday September 28. This includes BOTH remote and F2F learners.  Please review the following notes in regards to important changes that will be taking place in the coming weeks. **Updated schedule has been placed on Important Information page of this webpage.**

    ·       September 28: F2F students return to the building

    ·       September 28 (Monday) – September 29 (Tuesday): Only students with last names that start with letters A – M will come into the school building.

    ·       October 1 (Thursday) – October 2 (Friday): Only students with last names that start with letters N – Z will come into the school building.

    ·       September 30 (Wednesday) – ALL students will participate in independent remote learning activities. (No Google Meet or F2F)

    ·       October 5, 2020 (Monday) – Regular schedule begins: Monday – Friday 7:45 am – 2:25 pm for REMOTE AND F2F

    ·       ALL F2F learners have to wear a mask all day in the building, with the exception of when they are eating lunch.

    ·       All F2F learners’ materials will be kept in their book bags while at school.

    ·       All F2F learners need to keep one Ziploc bag of pencils, crayons, erasers, glue, and scissors at the school.  Please make sure that you have another bag of these supplies at home as well.

    ·       Administration has requested that F2F students that bring their lunch to school, put it in a disposable bag (such as a brown paper bag) so that they can throw it away after they eat lunch.

    ·       Please make sure that F2F learners charge their Chromebooks each evening.  They also need to bring the Chromebook to school EVERY day.

    9/11/2020 - All parents have been invited to my Google Classroom.  If you have not already done so, please accept the invite that was sent to your email.  Once you accept the invite, you will be able to see assignments that are due/late and annoucements that are posted.  Also, please make sure to check IC at least once a week for posted grades. 

    9/8/2020 - Please make sure to complete the RETURN TO SCHOOL SURVEY on IC by tomorrow, September 9.  You have the choice of either remote learning or Face 2 Face learning.  Also, take some time to view the 2 videos on the FVE main webpage in regards to remote learning and F2F learning. 

    9/3/2020 - Please be reminded that Monday ( 9/7/2020) is Labor Day.  There will be no school.  Enjoy your weekend.  Thanks for the continued support! 

    8/28/2020 - If you were not able to come to the school on Friday (8/28), you may pick up the work folder Monday - Friday, 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm.  The folders are located in the front lobby of the school in a box with my name on it.  Each folder has the student's name on it.

    8/26/2020 - Drive through work packet pickup, FRIDAY AUGUST 28, 4:00PM - 5:00PM.  I will be handing out work folders in the front of the school in the car rider lane.  If you are not able to make it at the the specified time, you can come up to the school Monday - Friday of next week between 2:00PM - 3:00PM.  The folders will be in the front lobby on a table.  There will be a box with my name on it.

     IMPORTANT LOGIN INFORMATION PLEASE READ:

    Password for student login is the initial of the student name (LOWER CASE)!!!!! Upper case will  NOT work. Month ( 2 digits), day(2 digits), year ( last two digits) and then #.

    The username is the student number. 

    Your child will click the MEET LINK within Google Classroom for my live lessons.  Remote learning starts Monday August 17 @ 8:30 am.

     

     

    Welcome to 3rd Grade!!!!

     

    My hope is to effectively encourage your students to thrive in their remote learning environment.  The 2020-2021 school year will require teacher, parents and students to work as a team. The focus will be to make sure we are actively working together to progress  our students through their daily and weekly academic lessons.   My hope is that they will confidently grow and show academic growth and accomplishments during their remote learning experience.
