Welcome to McDonough High School's
2020 - 2021 Athetic Web PageBuilt from a rich athletic tradition at Henry County High SchoolWe are here to Reset and BelieveCoronavirus Update! 01/14/2021We have now made it into 2021 with 2020 being in our past. Many changes occurred in 2020 that will change the way we go forth from this point on. Many things have been learned with the disraction of the COVID-19 virus that will help us continue to ensure the health and well-being of our student athletes, coaches and staff here at McDonough High School. With the development of the guidelines, 'Playbook To Return', for our student athletes and coaches, we have successfully navigated through the Fall and Winter sporting events. With the Spring in front of us and a vaccination at hand it appears to be the light at the end of the tunnel for this pandemic. Our staff will continue to maintain the saftey protocols that have been put in place until further notice. We ask that you continue to work with our coaches and staff in keeping our athletes safe at all times.
Once again, I would like to personally say that our coaches, staff and players have gone beyond the call of duty with the precautions that have been ask of them. While other schools in the State of Georgia have had to pause at times due to COVID-19 outbreaks within their programs, WE HAVE BEEN BLESSED and have been able to continue without interruption. This is a credit to not only our staff and students but to the parents and fans as well in observing Henry County issued guidelines while attending events. Although seating capacities are limited, parents have continued to adapt to purchasing tickets in our new digital platform without hesitation. We ask our fans to continue to 'MASK-UP' to keep our kids on the playing fields, maintain social distancing at all times on campus and continue to seat in those areas in the bleachers designated for seating. Together we will continue to fight this virus and allow our kids to do what is natural for them all and that is just to BE KIDS!Tickets for all McDonough High School Athletic Events will be purchased online through TicketSpicket. This is an online platform that will assist our school in social distancing at athletic gates.Below is the link to Ticket Spicket digital tickets and passes:NO PAPER TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT ANY McDONOUGH HIGH SCHOOL SPORTING EVENT!
