Union Grove High School Receives State Honors

Governor's Office of Student Achievement Recognizes Union Grove High School

Union Grove High School received a Silver Award from the Governor's Office of Student Achievement for the Highest Performance of Students Meeting and Exceeding Standards.   
 
To obtain a Silver Award for the Highest Performance, a school has to make AYP for two consecutive years, have 25% or more of their students exceed standards, and have 96% of their students meet or exceed standards.
 
Union Grove High School Principal, Tom Smith, said, "Our faculty, staff, and students work very hard to maintain high levels of expectations on the state tests.  This is an accomplishment that validates the hard work that takes place at Union Grove High School on a daily basis."
