New Bell Schedule Reminder for Middle & High Schools

This is a reminder to all parents, students, and community members in Henry County that Henry County Schools has a few alterations to the bell schedule for the coming school year.

Elementary Schools -

Elementary schools will maintain their regular bell schedule with schools starting at 7:55 a.m. and ending at 2:30 p.m.

Middle Schools -

Middle schools will change their start time to 8:55 a.m. and end at 3:55 p.m.*

High Schools -

High schools will change their start time to 8:10 a.m. and end at 3:10 p.m.*

*Please check with your child's school to confirm their start times. Some middle and high schools might have slight variations to their times to accomodate particulars within their schedules, but they will still fall close to the times listed above.

The new start and ending times enable us to utilize a three-tier bus routing system. This system allows for the separate transportation of kids by school levels. Our current two-tier system separated the elementary school children from the middle and high school students. Now all levels will be separate.
