Please join the senior class Remind for updates throughout the year.  Text @whs314 to 81010 and follow the instructions or click here for further instructions for signing up.  Senior students AND parents should be signed up for this.
Please see link to the left "Senior Year End Email" to find a copy of the email sent from Dr. Ellis to all parents regarding the rest of the year for seniors as far as expectations go. 
Please see the Graduation Attire Tab for important information regarding female shoes for graduation!!! We don't want you to get embarrassed or hurt because your shoes make you fall on the new turf! No Heals allowed!!
Do you want to know what to wear for graduation? Do you want to know what will be allowed and what won't be? Then click on the "Graduation Attire" link to the left and read carefully!!! This information was also emailed out to parents.  Students will go over it in a class meeting 4/20/17!

Seniors, you must clear ALL of your obligations including senior dues by May 5th in order to get your cap and gown on May 10th.  Checks are no longer accepted!
See Ms. Lovett in the counseling office to find out if you owe any money for obligations as soon as possible!  Do not wait!! 
Deadline to order senior yard signs is May 12th.  No orders will be taken after this date.  So, please get these order forms in and money turned in as soon as possible in order to secure your very special yard sign! 
Senior Lunch Jam 3/3 (during 4th period...all lunches).  See Ms. Rogers for the Shane's lunch order form ($7) or to just pay for your $1 ticket in if you don't want lunch.  If you order food, your ticket is included in that price!  Money and order forms for Shane's due to Ms. Rogers by Tuesday February 28th by the end of the day.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Nominations for senior song (song that will be played at graduation) are being taken through March 24th.  Songs must be school appropriate and will be screened prior to making it onto the voting ballot.  No song nominations will be taken after the 24th!

Cap and Gown Distribution
Wednesday, May 10th during all lunches at basketball concession stand(if all financial obligations are met)

 2:00 pm-Community Bible Church
Seniors arrive at 1:15 with cap and gown IRONED PLEASE
Senior Awards

4:00 @ Woodland High School
 Seniors arrive by 3:30pm
Friday, May 12th - 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th period final exams (this is a regular 7 period day)
Monday, May 15th - 5th period exam - afternoon block class 12:55 - 2:05*
(students only need to attend school for their 5th period exam)
Tuesday, May 16th - 6th period exam - afternoon block class 12:55 - 2:05*
(students only need to attend school for their 6th period exam)
Wednesday, May 17th - 7th period exam - afternoon block class 2:10 - 3:25 *
(students only need to attend school for the 7th period exam) 
Thursday, May 18th - make-up exams - regular 7 period day
 * Students must remain in their classroom the entire testing time frame

Senior Walk
Thursday, May 25th Report to Gym at 8:00AM (Bring Cap and Gown IRONED)
WHS to WES and then to WMS - Parents invited to attend
Cap and Gown Class Picture 
 This will follow the senior walk AT 8:45 - report to stadium (Bring Cap and Gown IRONED)
May 26th @ 7:00 p.m.

Report at 5:45pm with cap and gown IRONED (no decorated caps will be allowed!).


  • Please take a copy of your college acceptance letters and any scholarships you have received to the counseling office.
