The 2012-2013 school year is off to a great start.   Henry County High School has welcomed over 1100 Warhawks so far this year, and new students are enrolling each day.  The academic achievement of each of these students is important to us.    The faculty and staff have high expectations for our students, and they are preparing  rigorous  learning opportunities to ensure that students can meet these expectations. 

We ask for each student to give maximum effort daily on every assignment and task put before them.   Students will then be prepared demonstrate that they have mastered academic standards whether it is on a test or quiz or on a state or national test. 

Students will have many opportunities to get involved at school in sports, music, clubs and organizations.   We hope that students will join in and take advantage of these teams and groups to grow and to work together to achieve a common goal.  The friends that you make in high school are life-long friends.
