WHS Orchestra’s LGPE will take place at the Recreation Outreach Center (ROC) at the First Baptist Church in Jonesboro.

The address is 147 Church Street – Jonesboro, GA 30263-3513.

The date of the performance/field trip is Monday, March 25, 2013.

Please email Mr. Lowder (slowder@henry.k12.ga.us) if you can help transport instruments or if you want to chaperone!

Students will travel to/from the event via Henry County School Bus.
** Don't forget to bring money for breakfast/brunch at the Dwarf House **

9:00 AM   Report to the WHS Orchestra Room (in concert attire)

9:15 AM   Depart from WHS

9:45 AM   Breakfast/Brunch @ the Dwarf House (students should bring money or food from home)

10:30 AM   Depart from the Dwarf House

11:25 AM   Observe Ola High School Symphonic Orchestra

12:00 PM   Woodland High School Orchestra warm-up

1:00 PM   Woodland High School Orchestra perform

1:30 PM   Woodland High School Orchestra sight-read

2:30 PM   Depart from LGPE

3:00 PM   Arrive back at WHS
