Woodland Middle School Staff Member of the Month Staff members play an important role in the lives of children, families and communities. We would like to recognize outstanding staff members at Woodland Middle School and highlight her/his achievements in the months of September, November, January, March, and May. The WMS Staff Member of the Month Award has been established to recognize outstanding staff for their dedication, professionalism and work in the classroom. The Staff Member of the Month will be awarded a Certificate of Excellence, recognition on the school website, his/her reserved parking space for the month, free breakfast and lunch in the cafeteria for the month, and a $25.00 gift card. SELECTION CRITERIA We will recognize a different staff member based on her/his contribution to the school, excellence in their work environment, leadership abilities, citizenship and a variety of other criteria.
