Connecting Parents: Autism/Asperger’s Support Group

Raising a child on the spectrum can be very stressful, confusing, humorous and surpris-ing. In January 2011, Henry County parents began meeting monthly to listen, help and support each other.

Starting August 16, Ryan’s Friends, Inc. will join with the Connect-ing Parents group to provide a safe and sup-portive space to ex-plore the many issues our families face.

Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month, 6:30pm, at McDonough Presby-terian Church, 427 McGarity Road.
