PTA Parent Guides to Common Core
These guides were created by the National PTA. They were created to give parents a quick snapshot of what your child will be learning in each grade level using the Common Core Standards. These guides also give parents activities to use at home and questions to ask the teacher regarding your child's progress.

Looking for Apps for your iPhone, iPad, iPod, or Tablet to help your child practice mathematics?  Henry County Schools have done some research and found some very helpful apps to students. This link will take you to a list of apps that will support mathematical understanding for grades K-12.

A list of apps for practice at home. Most apps listed are for 4th grade and higher, but there are a few for basic computation.  
 
Homework Helper will allow you to input a problem and your answer. It will then figure out if your solution is correct.
A Maths Dictionary for Kids is an animated, interactive online math dictionary for students which explains over 600 common mathematical terms and math words in simple language.
