3rd Grade Mini-Society
 
Each year 3rd graders learn first hand about economics and running a business first hand.  They participate in a unit called "Mini-Society".  Each class becomes a society, students are elected to jobs to help the society operate, and teams of students create products and run businesses within the society.  Creativity and hard work are rewarded with society cash and personal pride in a job well done.
