Dear Parents,

Welcome to fourth grade with Mrs. Matthews at Cotton Indian Elementary School!  I am elated about the new school year! I hope that you and your child will have an exciting, and rewarding learning experience this year!  Students will achieve new milestones this year. In addition, students will learn many new skills across the curriculum.  We will work as a team to foster a love for learning, and enthusiasm for school.
